I found using OpenGL gives me way better performance in the HD Collection. RPCS3 has a wiki where users can add compatibilty info. I think a better way would be to add Steam Deck info, or make a special Steam Deck page on that wiki, rather than collecting it in a random google doc. This is a good idea too.
